Dissolving / diluting

EUROSOFT SNI textile softener is particularly suitable to produce very stable stock solutions by a simple dilution process. It is recommended to dilute EUROSOFT SNI textile softener to a 5% or 10% stock solution. A solid content of 14% should not be exceeded in order to receive a viscosity which can still be pumped. The required amount of water should be set to a temperature of 60 - 80 Deg.C. The pastilles are added under continuous stirring until complete dissolving (approximately 60 - 120 minutes). The formulation should be cooled down under continuous stirring to prevent skin formation on the surface.
